We’re open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. You can access your belongings at any time during gate hours, including on the weekend!
For security, remember that you must enter your access code to enter and exit the facility.
We require round disc locks or shrouded locks for your storage unit. You can bring your own if you have one already as long as it fits within the lock policy! Not sure which brands are the best? We sell required locks with keys or combination locks in our office.
Of course. Our commitment-free rentals mean you can store for a month, for years, or anything in between. You won’t get stuck in a long-term contract when you choose month-to-month rental at Mayfair Self Storage!
Give us a 7 day verbal or written request that you’re planning on moving out, and take your belongings before the last day of the month. It’s that easy! We do not pro-rate move outs and there are no rent refunds.
No! We have strict security protocols in place, and if we see someone cutting a lock, we initiate immediate safety procedures. There is a fee of $35 for the facility to cut your lock. If we find out you cut your own lock, it is terms for automatic termination of the lease agreement.
If you need your lock cut, visit during our office hours and let us take care of it for you - we don’t want to open the door for thieves to get into your unit!
No. If you are still in a unit when the new month begins, you will be charged for the entire month.
Yes. You are required to remove all of your belongings when you move out. Everything you bring into storage must leave with you. Please note that we do not provide a dumpster for customer trash.
If you have items you cannot dispose of yourself, we can recommend a junk removal company that many of our customers use. You will work directly with them to arrange pickup and payment.
Yes! We require insurance to protect your stored belongings at the time of rental and throughout your stay with us.
We make it convenient for you with the Bader insurance program with no deductible!
If you prefer your own coverage, through a qualified renters or homeowners policy, simply provide the facility manager with a copy of your policy declarations page within two weeks of your online rental, and we will be happy to reimburse you for your initial online insurance payment.
The person who signs the rental agreement should be the same person storing their items. We strongly discourage renting on behalf of someone else, as this often leads to complications at move-out
